OVERVIEW OF FOUR INDICATORS FOR MONITORING CABIN:

Temperature: Improving the physical health of animals with low temperatures. Unlike semiconductor heating and cooling, we use safer PTC heating modules and air conditioning compressor cooling modules, which are more expensive but can provide precise temperature-assisted therapy for the entire body of animals.

Humidity: It has a strong dehumidification function. Most cases require low humidity treatment. It has a strong targeted therapeutic effect on pulmonary edema and respiratory system diseases. Both high and low humidity factors can also play an auxiliary therapeutic role for pets suffering from trauma by promoting wound recovery.

Oxygen concentration: The maximum oxygen concentration can be increased by 80% and can be monitored in real-time. In 90% of cases, the recommended indicators can be achieved within 30 minutes. In most cases, oxygen therapy is used, such as for heart disease, organ failure, pulmonary edema, respiratory infections, and a range of other diseases. It is one of the important indicators in ICU.

CO2 concentration: Activated carbon dioxide adsorption materials are used for removal and purification. The lower the carbon dioxide content, the better. Conversely, it needs to control the equilibrium value required by animals. This equilibrium value is directly proportional to the oxygen concentration, actively setting a safe value to remove carbon dioxide. Purification can avoid the possibility of respiratory acid-base poisoning in animals and improve their rehabilitation environment.

MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION

CHECK ITEM

1. Check the air inlet filter regularly to prevent dust or hair from clogging it, affecting oxygen output or equipment failure and other problems.
2. Regularly check the environment in which the equipment is placed to avoid excessive dust entering the equipment and causing damage to the equipment or clogging of the air inlet filter. Be sure to ensure good heat dissipation;
3. Regularly check whether the oxygen concentration reaches the environment required by pets.

Replace fuse

The unit's fuse holder is located below the power switch. You can remove the faulty fuse and replace it according to the replacement steps in the instruction manual.

MOTOR PUMP REPLACEMENT

Generally, the motor pump reaches the end of its service life after the equipment has been running for 800-2000 hours. At this time, the click pump should be replaced. You can contact your local supplier or replace it yourself following the steps in the instructions. Firstly, remove the four screens on the left panel to safely take off the left panel. Next, remove the faulty motor and unplug the connector. However, be careful to avoid pulling out any wires; it's suggested to use needle-nose pliers to assist with this. Finally, replace the motor and reinstall the side panel.
